Wonderful hotel in a wonderful city. Well appointed rooms and excellent service. Food is great and plentiful, and very reasonably priced. Only hotel I've ever stayed in where the prices of the mini bar are the same as in the hotel, and not grossly overpriced. Could do with more information about the facilities in the rooms. Rating 5 out ot 5 S.C. in January 2010
Havana is a real experience and our four short days were filled with fascinating experiences of Cuban life. We made two bookings to meet with guides, who didn't show, but found that making our own way around was fun and the people warm and friendly. The hotel was a faded but its atmospheric time warp was magical. Sensational cuban music shows are not to be missed. The dining room service and food is circa 70's and the Nacional Liquer Coffee wonderful. T.L. in April 2008
